Jim also has extensive experience in implementing the Maryland Forest Conservation Act including the preparation of Forest Stand Delineations and Forest Conservation Plans. While employed by McCarthy & Associates, he developed a spreadsheet which provided for quick tabulation and display of field data for inclusion in the Forest Stand Delineation Report.

Jim has extensive experience in dealing with the Chesapeake Bay Protection Act requirements in Virginia and Maryland.
