JELCE was established in 1986. Ever moving forward, 2005 marked the beginning of our partnership with Career Empowerment Services Inc., becoming JELCE.com. We continue to provide quality insurance licensing education.From a small family business to the company of excellence today,we have 80 years of collective experience. Our roots are in the Northeast and Florida, but today we call South Carolina home. Choosing a happy median, for many years we have called South Carolina home. Through the early days of Pre-Licensing Education and then Continuing Education, we have proven our ability to help agents achieve success in licensing education.While we are always happy to have first time clients, our real satisfaction comes when they continue to come through our doors. We believe we offer the best services available. If licensing courses offer the same information for the same test, then why do our customers stay with us?
