John R. Clabaugh Incorporated and JenJil Packaging, Incorporated have been serving the corrugated packaging industry for over three generations. John R. Clabaugh Sr. started representing Pacific Kraft, an independent corrugated manufacturer in 1970. John R. Clabaugh became incorporated in 1975, the same year that John R. Clabaugh, Jr. started working with his father in an effort to expand their business. In 1988, JenJil Packaging was formed to facilitate customer specific packaging needs. In 2001, Nick Hackler joined John R. Clabaugh, Incorporated to specialize in the agriculture industry. John Sr. began the company selling corrugated boxes and crowns (what screw caps are today) to the independent soft drink bottlers in Southern California. John Jr. added many different industrial corrugated customers (aftermarket wheel manufacturers, water bottlers, and packaging distributors). As the years passed, the soft drink industry consolidated as purchased all of the independents. We also service the parent companies of Coke, Pepsi, and 7UP plants in Southern California along with the large contract packer, Cott Beverages, the main soft drink supplier to Wal-Mart. Nick Hackler is a member of a long time farming family as well as a graduate of the University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA. He has concentrated his sales mainly in the agricultural industry in the Central Valley. Nick understands the needs of supplying local growers, packers and processors (Almond & Walnut) corrugated boxes and other various types of supplies.
