Firm Co-Sponsors Western States Surety Conference - 5/4/2007 On May 4, 2007, attorneys in the Firm's Construction and Surety Sections will be attending the Western States Surety Conference at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center located at Pier 66 in Seattle, Washington. For over a decade, Jennings, Haug & Cunningham has been a Co-Sponsor of this annual event. This year's program will include discussion of evaluating bond forms, dealing with issues of Tribal immunity, GAAP requirements, underwriting challenges, the Western States Bond Claims Manual, and the annual update of construction and surety related case law.
