Civil Engineering, Drexel University Registered professional engineer in Hawaii, California, Washington, Idaho and Oregon Mr. Jennings ’ construction career has covered much of the United States, having been involved on numerous projects from coast to coast and Hawaii. With extensive experience in the civil arena, Scott has held the full range of roles within the industry. His resume exudes diversity in civil construction as exemplified by his roles from superintendent on a $75,000 bridge modification in Pennsylvania to project manager on a $170 million wastewater treatment plant expansion in Honolulu. Prior to founding Jennings Pacific LLC, Scott served as Senior Vice President/Divisional Manager for the Pacific Division of one of the largest engineering contractors in the country. Scott is an active member in the local chapter of American Society of Civil Engineers and was recently awarded a Certificate of Commendation for the Daniel W. Mead Prize for his paper entitled Is it ethical to transfer risk of a construction project solely to the Contractor indemnifying the design engineer and owner? He has also been published in the National Utility Contractor Association magazine for his article entitled The Site Safety Committee: Profits Driven by Safety .
