With over 20 years of experience in systems design, I can work with you to produce a program that does what you want it to and works the way you want it to. It is my firm belief that tools like these should not make you work to use them, they should work for you. If you reviewed my portfolio then you know the broad range of applications I've built. With the exception of the C.L. Frates products, all others were taken from concept through design, into coding and testing and finally to system integration by me alone. As a skilled technical writer I can also provide documentation in the form of User's Guides and Programming Manuals. The user's guide I prepared for the SWBell ESP system was used as the basis for their formal training course that was developed to support its introduction. It is not necessary that I understand your job to begin work on a product for you - we will take your knowledge and turn it into a work saving tool. I've worked with real-time, life-critical radar systems software and other scientific applications, and in several widely separate business fields. Distance is not the factor you may think it is - most projects I've done have been coordinated long distance via phone calls and email!: I can provide support for systems using Microsoft Windows 95, 98, 98SE, XP and 2000. I can build applications in Visual Basic 6.0 or any of the Microsoft Office versions from Office 97, Office 2000 and Office XP. If you don't have the specific Microsoft Office tools needed, I am licensed by Microsoft to distribute the needed pieces of the puzzle so that we can put the solution you need on your computer for programs developed in Visual Basic or Microsoft Access.
