Owner Jeanette Griffin worked as an events coordinator for a mid-sized mental health agency, moved on to business manager for a multi-clinic subsidiary of Vista Hill Foundation, and before starting JCS was CFO of a large non-profit mental health agency with hundreds of employees. She has had experience in several states, with over 25 years in the industry. Her experience includes selecting and implementing medical and behavioral health computer systems and she has extensive experience working with NTST/CMHC Systems, Inc. software. She concentrates on meetings with customers, resolving larger issues and strategic planning, drawing on her extensive financial and managerial background as well as her knowledge of clinical issues and reporting requirements. She also teaches classes, and develops new functions and reports.

Dana Clay Dana Clay is known as a precise technician in the areas of EDI, HIPAA standard transactions, and software implementation. She knows what questions to ask and how to get the answers to solve your problem. Over 35 years working in the health care/insurance industry with supervisory experience working for private and government offices with Medicaid, Medicare, Champus, and private insurance companies. She worked for over 11 years as the MIS Director and Accounts Receivable Manager for Behavioral Health Resources. Dana specializes in configuring and transmitting 837s, Data Dictionary conversions, Accounts Receivable, Lattice Exports, writing reports, UNIX functions, uScript programming and developing new procedures. Dana represents many MH organizations by participating in Washington State DBHR IS related meetings.

JCS has worked with providers using almost every software brand within the industry. In addition to those listed at the left with links to their websites, we have worked with agencies utilizing Raintree, Unicare, and custom Access and SQL systems. We work extensively with customers to bring data and reports in a format their employees are comfortable with such as standard MS Excel, Word, and Access. We have worked with SQL for data warehouse reports and Crystal Reports and SQL Reporting Services as appropriate for each customer.
