Description

Lifescapes International brought JCJ on board to provide Architect of Record services for renovations to an existing hotel pool deck and event courtyard. The owner was looking to better utilize existing spaces, enhance hotel guest experiences, provide a landscape link to the existing Bayfront promenade and enhance dramatic experience of the waterfront. The project primarily consists of site work and landscape enhancements, including a new hot tub/spa pool, children’s pool and activity features and a new 450 square foot fitness center room addition.

Dynamic. Exciting. Innovative. We believe that theaters are at their best when the two worlds of performer and audience become one. Theaters are places where individuals test the limits of their talents and where audiences expect to be transported. They are dynamic and energized places that connect individuals to the larger world of ideas and creativity. A theater is a simple, yet complex - - an environment where both front and back of house needs to function at the highest levels and with absolute precision.

Context. Knowledge. Connection. Libraries are no longer quiet warehouses for books and periodicals. They are dynamic and energized places that connect individuals to the larger world. We believe that creating these spaces can be a powerful tool to deliver economic, social and environmental benefits to communities. Expectations for these facilities are changing, and we believe that by engaging in an open but informed dialogue, we are able to provide robust and innovative design solutions.

Commitment. Collaboration. Longevity. JCJ Architecture is a planning, architecture and interior design firm that offers comprehensive services to clients and communities in a range of markets and regions. The firm’s commitment to providing tangible solutions to client and stakeholder needs is at the center of JCJ’s design and management approach. We see design as a collaborative process that considers and balances vision and mission, functional goals and physical environment, issues and opportunities, and fundamentally resolves and manifests those qualities in built form.
