JM Construction, Inc. was started in February 1992 by brothers Jim and John Merkel. The company specializes in residential and commercial remodeling as well as custom home and commercial construction. JM Construction is a full-service remodeling and custom home contractor headquartered in Wentzville, Missouri. We offer a full array of remodeling and new construction services, including the design and architectural drawings of room additions and custom homes. We also offer kitchen and bath design as well as basement finishing and deck and sunroom sales and installation. We have built a reputation for fine finish work and trim. Jim and John have a combination of over 50 years experience in the construction field and understand the needs of their customers.
