Jay Martin, is the creator, founder and Chairman of JobSerf. In his almost (20) year career, he has lived or worked in India, Brazil, South Korea and England. His past experience includes consulting to over a dozen industries in areas as diverse as Aerospace, Theme Parks, Plastics and Counterterrorism. He has been an employee with Pepsico, Arthur D. Little, Ford Motor Company, B.F. Goodrich/Rohr and Rockwell International’s Rocketdyne Division. Mr. Martin holds an MBA from University of Texas at Austin, a Masters in Engineering from San Diego State and Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. He is fluent in Portuguese and has basic knowledge of Spanish.
