Jobe Materials is a leading supplier of asphalt in the region, providing first class products and service to its customers. We have supplied high specification asphalt and rubberized asphalt for numerous federal, state, county and city projects. Our asphalt team is made up of highly qualified individuals with years of experience in asphalt production and service. We test all of our asphalt aggregates and asphalt in accordance with ASTM and AASHTO standards in our testing laboratory which is certified by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Jobe Materials operates its own quarries and sand pits where it crushes and produces the aggregates used in the production of concrete and asphalt. We also produce additional aggregate products such as base course, rigid base course, and crushed rock of various sizes for use in a variety of projects. Our personnel have many years of experience producing aggregates of the highest quality. All aggregate testing is performed in our U.S. Army Corps of Engineers certified laboratory in accordance with ASTM and AASHTO standards.

Jobe Materials provides the highest quality ready-mixed concrete products and service to its customers. We bring years of experience and expertise in performance driven mix-designs and testing skills meeting or exceeding ASTM standards. Our concrete testing laboratory is certified by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and all of our personnel are ACI certified. We have supplied high specification concrete and concrete paving mix for many large public works projects for the Texas Department of Transportation and at Ft. Bliss for the U.S Army Corps of Engineers.
