Froehlich, who has practiced real estate for over 15 years, joined Jobin Realty at its inception in 1991, and became a broker in 1996 after taking over the Centreville, Virginia office.Since the purchase in January 2005, several Jobin Realty agents have already applied for franchising opportunities.
