Through comprehensive training and experience, CDPEs are able to provide solutions for homeowners facing hardships in today's market, specifically short sales Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), The Certified Negotiation Expert designation course is designed specifically to give Realtors ® and real estate professionals, the knowledge, training and ability needed to become an expert negotiator - a vital skill required for real estate transactions.
