John I. Cooper General Contractor was established in 1991 and has been responsible for providing outstanding service ever since. Our specialty is in the area of Emergency Restorations/ Abatement's and Re-Construction.

John I Cooper Construction was established in 1998, and has been providing General Contracting needs to the Residential and Commercial communities since. In order to better serve his clients, John founded Restoration Systems in 2009 in order to offer both Restoration services in addition to General Contracting needs. Both are individual, licensed companies operating out of the same Warehouse in the East Bay. Our Mission: To provide superior quality services that exceed our client's expectations, as well as create relationships based on trust and honesty.

Mike has many years experience in the contracting industry. He specializes in residential remodels. He has extensive experience with all degrees of bathroom and kitchen remodels. Mike is involved in our local community through events with De La Salle High School, and Christ the King Church in Pleasant Hill.

We are a licensed and insured General Contracting company and Emergency Services provider operating out of Concord, California. We specialize in large losses as a result from fire, water, or smoke damage. We have a 24 hour Catastrophe Management team ready to handle any emergency.
