A two-stage project working with the City of South San Francisco to provide a community based health & wellness center involving the coordination of interior tenant improvements and exterior renovations to a midcentury contemporary office building that included roofing, materials, signage, landscape and metal sun shading system.

John Matthews Architects is a design-oriented full service architectural firm located in downtown San Mateo. Since its establishment in 1986 by Principal Jack Matthews AIA, the firm has enjoyed working creatively and collaboratively with a wonderfully diverse set of clients, including homeowners, businesses, religious and community non-profit organizations, developers and local municipalities.
