In addition to running our client’s development projects in Houston, this person will have the opportunity to source developments and acquisitions in the local market. Our client is involved with all property types, but their primary focus is office and retail space. They have owned/operated properties in the Houston market for over 20 years.

Ideal Candidate will have 15+ years of experience developing office and/or retail properties. Ideally, this person will have experience with large mixed-use projects. Our client is looking for someone who is very familiar with the development process in the Houston market and ideally someone who has connections in the local market which may lead to future development opportunities.

We have more than 60 years of combined experience in placing real estate and construction professionals and have successfully completing hundreds of assignments with the nation’s top developers, owners, investors, fund managers and 3rd party providers.
