Submit an email request with "order status" in the subject line to: customerservice@jpabranded.com Make sure to include your contact information the name associated with the order, shipping address, date of purchase, and transaction ID # in the request. Orders will be processed within four (4) business days following verification of payment. Once verified and processed, orders will be shipped via standard delivery typically arriving within four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please allow up to 14 business days for pre or post season products, backorders, and/or notification of out-of-stock items. Please contact our customer service department if your order has not been received within 3 weeks from the date payment is verified. For a prompt reply, please provide name of online store where order was submitted, your Transaction ID/Order Number, date of purchase, email address associated with order and contact phone number and name of person who placed order.
