The company specializes in HVAC installation, service, and repair. Donnie Johnson and his family have been in the HVAC service industry for more than a decade. Outstanding service and steadfast faith in Jesus Christ has fueled the constant growth at Johnson Heating and Air. Fulton, Tennessee is an incorporated community in rural Northwestern, Tennessee. This town is historically significant because, founded in 1827, this is the oldest community in all of Lauderdale County, Tennessee. Nearby South Fulton (in conjunction with Fulton, Kentucky) is the home of the International Banana Festival . It seems strange to many to have such a festival in this part of Tennessee because the weather in the area is not conducive to banana farming. Troy , the original county seat of Obion County is a small, rural town with a population of about 1,400. When the town was founded in 1825, the legendary Davy Crockett was in attendance. In 1949, a tornado hit the town and destroyed many local buildings. Today it is a small town with a simple motto: “Nice People Live Here.” The weather in the area is generally mild with warm summers and cooler winters and tornadoes are not typical.
