Dennis has experience in a wide range of tax services including but not limited to individual, partnership, corporation, fiduciary, estate, and exempt organization returns. He also has experience with multiple state returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.

Mickey works primarily in the field of Auditing. He specializes in a number of agricultural activities (feedlots, dairies, farming, feed manufacturing, meat packing, and agricultural-related lending), as well as construction services and retail sales. He has extensive experience in business and individual taxation, and business planning.

Carol is a Colorado native and was raised on a family farm on the eastern plains near Burlington, Colorado. She moved to northeast Colorado in 1977 where she attended and graduated from Northeastern Junior College with an A.A.S. Degree in Business. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Regis University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (emphasis in Management) and a minor in accounting. She took the Certified Public Accounting professional exam in November 1995.

The firm performs a wide range of accounting services to a variety of business sizes, primarily those which are owner-managed. A partial listing of industries served includes agriculture, construction contractors, retail stores, manufacturers, and non-profit organizations. In addition, we serve sole proprietors, individuals, trusts and estates.
