The VPP is an alliance between OSHA and the company (DAC) to set performance-based criteria for a managed safety and health system. This alliance has statistically been proven to reduce the company’s injuries and illness’s. The average VPP worksite has a Days Away Restricted or Transferred (DART) case rate of 52% below the average for its industry.
