Corrective Action Plans/Alternatives – JEI manages the design, development, and the construction of remediation plans according to LDEQ, ADEQ, TCEQ & OCC. JEI’s professional staff has experience in designing, constructing, and implementing several forms of soil and groundwater remediation including dual-phase extraction systems (DPEs), air sparging, chemical oxidation, soil vapor extraction (SVE), and bioremediation. JEI has the capability and experience to perform both small and large scale soil excavations.

Incorporated in 1984, Jones Environmental, Inc (JEI) is a time-established environmental consulting and contracting entity. With over 35 licensed certified professionals on staff, JEI provides a complete array of environmental services including: Emergency HAZMAT & Hurricane Response, Hazardous & Non-Hazardous Waste Disposal, Industrial Hygiene Services, Environmental Site Assessments, Underground Storage Tank Services, Indoor Air Quality Services (IAQ), Asbestos Abatement, Demolition, and Groundwater & Mold Remediation.

As environmental issues surfaced in the early 1980’s, W.D’s sons recognized the need for further specialization and established Jones Environmental, Inc (JEI) in Shreveport, Louisiana. Thus, the Jones Family work ethic and reputation for high quality, cost-effective services were passed down to the environmental operations. Since inception JEI has maintained a solid relationship with the LDEQ, TCEQ, OCC, & ADEQ, maintaining its Response Action Contractor (RAC) status in Louisiana for over 20 years. Initially, JEI primarily specialized in emergency spill response (hazardous & non-hazardous).

Spanning 3 generations, the Jones Family has serviced the environmental & UST needs of the Ark-La-Tex for over 70 years. In 1937 Fred and W.D. Jones established operations in New Orleans, Louisiana specializing in the installation and servicing of underground storage tanks and piping. In 1953, the brothers incorporated as Jones Brothers Company (JBC) in Bossier City, Louisiana. Over time the company matured into full-service petroleum marketing equipment/UST specialty company and developed a reputation for high quality, cost-effective services.
