Robert E. Davis, while not a native of Crossett, chose Crossett for retirement after 37 years of pastoring churches across Arkansas. He is ordained by the Assemblies of God and has pastored in Melbourne, Foreman, Hamburg, Lake Village and Malvern. He has lived in Crossett since 2010. He is a member of First Assembly of God in Crossett. Robert and his wife Beth have made Crossett their home. They have two children, Susan Cole of Bartlesville, OK and Jason Davis of Jonesboro, AR. They have one grandson, Josh Cole. Robert better known as "Bob" stated that he feels that working for Jones Funeral Home is an extension of his ministry to people that he has been in for over 40 years.

Jason S. Britton - Manager/Embalmer/Funeral Director Jason S. Britton, a native of Chicot County is a licensed funeral director and embalmer for over 19 years, a graduate of Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in Dallas, Texas where he served as vice-president of Pi Sigma Eta, a national morticians' fraternity. Britton is also certified by the Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards of the United States, is a former emergency medical technician, and has served Chicot and Ashley Counties as a deputy coroner. He is married to Elizabeth Jackson-Britton and has one daughter Laken Britton. He is a member of Crossett Lodge #576 and is also a 32 degree Scottish Rite Mason.

Andrew is a native of Hamburg and graduated from Hamburg High School. Andrew has been working part-time at the funeral home since 2005. Andrew is married to Judy Swan Wallace and they have 2 sons; David and Mike and daughter-in-law Teena and one grandson, Drew. Andrew retired from Georgia Pacific Paper in 2002 after 43 years of service. He worked in the Little League and Babe Ruth League baseball programs for 18 years coaching and serving on the board. He refereed Jr. and Sr. High School football for over 20 years. He loves to hunt and fish, especially with his grandson Drew. Andrew is a member of First Free Will Baptist Church where he serves as a Deacon and Sunday School Supt.
