First, a thank you to you for everything you did for us in choosing the right windows for our house and explaining all the options available to us in such detail. You were the only representative that explained the process your company uses in installing the windows, as well as having examples of the various window brands you offer with you. It made it so easy for us to make our window selection and in selecting your company for our purchase. Even after we have changed our minds on the styles and functionality, you still without hesitation, amended our order late into the night. I must say every one we ordered came to the house correctly. Great job. Secondly, we would like to thank Anthony and Curtis for the wonderful job they did in installing the windows. They were both very professional, courteous, polite, and considerate in their demeanors. I was impressed by their ability to install the windows and in the quality of their workmanship. They were always trying to please us and not be intrusive.

Mueller Job My wife and I were extremely pleased with our entire experience with Jones Window & Door. We always research major purchases thoroughly; and a project of this magnitude (15 windows & 2 doors for us) certainly is a major outlay. From the start, the experience of working with Robert through the bid estimating process stood head and shoulders above the other bidders we had come to our house. Then the communication when questions or wrinkles arose through the process whether it was Robert, Gail or Anthony (their son and installer) was timely, clear and helpful. Having worked in construction as a carpenter for over ten years, I am a fairly hands-on person in wanting to make sure the work is first rate. I was home for a good portion of the installation; and I was very impressed with the skill of Anthony and his ability to handle the trickier aspects of this project. Whether it was simply his excellent caulking technique, his ability to creatively solve a challenging problem, or the excellent quality of the installation, I was very, very pleased. One of my main concerns was going with a relatively unknown (to me) product in terms of the Coure D'Alene window product line.

Brougher Job - Date Completed, Aug 05, 2011 I can not recommend this family-owned company more highly. It was urgent that the install get done quickly and Jones Window and Door came to the job and saved me loads of time, hassle, and money. I had a remodeling emergency when the handyman I hired did not show up to do the job. I had 5 4'x2.5' new vinyl windows and 1 8'x4' vinyl window that needed to be installed on my single-story 1950's house. That morning, I had already taken out 4 of the old windows myself and only wanted him to install the new ones. After waiting all day hoping the handyman would show up, all I could do was put tape and plastic over the holes in the house and start calling every window installer in the phone book! It was difficult to find an installer on such a late notice (and at night when everyone is closed!), and It was a very big problem because I had tenants living in the house too! Jones Window and Door called me back the same night and were able to come give me an estimate the next morning and finish the entire project the morning after that.
