Joppa Maintenance Co., Inc. is located in the coastal town of Hampstead, North Carolina. Joppa was started in 1973 in Joppatowne, Maryland with the purpose of providing quality Grounds Maintenance Services on larger government installations located throughout the country. Since then we have been doing just that. Joppa has a proven track record of performance on over 20 different Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps installations throughout the country.
