Jordan Transformer was founded in 1973 under the banner of U.S. Transformer, Inc. Over the years we grew our capabilities and staff to meet the rising needs for electrically sound, power transformer options for the Utility and Industrial markets. During the fall of 2004, the former U.S. Transformer, Inc. was purchased by a local business man and it was decided that the new company should take the name of the town where the plant has been providing quality transformer Remanufacturing, Repair and Rewind services since its inception.
Q. What types of transformers does Jordan Transformer repair? A. With over 38 years of experience to utilities and industrial customers, our engineering and production departments are experienced with power transformers from virtually all original manufacturers. We primarily repair substation power transformers as well as mobile transformers, furnace transformers, and voltage regulators.
Jordan Transformer sells completely Redesigned and Remanufactured power transformers to meet our Customer's specifications. By utilizing the tank and core steel of an existing transformer, Jordan Transformer can pass on substantial savings to our Customers. These savings are even more dramatic with the remanufacture of load tap changing (LTC) transformers and Mobile Substation Transformers. We also sell Remanufactured Mobile Transformers, Furnace Transformers, and other specialty-type Transformers.
Jordan Transformer manufactures ENTIRELY NEW Mobile Substations, Mobile Transformers, Mobile Circuit-Switcher trailers, and Mobile Regulator trailers custom-designed to our Customer's detailed specifications.
