The law firm of Joseph Wrobel, Limited, was formed in 1980 and has been a continuous and ongoing, viable law firm through the present day. Prior to that, Joseph Wrobel was employed by the general practice firm of Robert Morton and Associates. He later was a lawyer and partner in the Legal Clinic of Wrobel and Roseman. In 1977, Mr. Wrobel opened the 71st Street Law Office. The 71st Law Office, along with the Legal Clinic of Wrobel and Roseman, was a pioneer in bringing quality legal services at reasonable fees into Chicago's neighborhoods. The 71st Street Law Office operated at 1927 E. 71st Street, Chicago, Illinois for 10 years, and served the South Shore and neighboring communities. Today, a very large number of the clients of the 71st Street Law Office, along with the family and friends of those clients, are still clients of the present law firm of Joseph Wrobel, Limited Through the years, the law firm of Joseph Wrobel, Limited has interviewed and served more than 20,000 clients. At the end of 2009, Jeffrey Morris joined the firm of Joseph Wrobel, Limited and the firm opened four suburban locations in order to better serve the needs of the Chicagoland community. Joseph Wrobel Joseph Wrobel has been a practicing attorney since 1973 and has experience in a wide variety of law relating to legal matters for individuals and families. He is married and has one son who is married, living in California, and who is a practicing attorney working for the State of California. Mr. Wrobel's wife is employed as a program director for a suburban senior center. His grandchildren currently reside in Denver and Dubai. Mr Wrobel is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Bankruptcy Committee of the Chicago Bar Association. He is an active participant in the Bankruptcy Panel of Pro Bono Program of the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services (CVLS), which provides legal assistance to persons unable to afford a lawyer. Mr. Wrobel is the recipient of two distinguished awards for service to CVLS. When not practicing law, Mr. Wrobel is also an avid bicyclist, riding 8 to 10 hours weekly and is a licensed cycling coach, training and coaching more than one dozen cyclists. Jeffrey Morris Jeffrey M. Morris has been a practicing attorney since 1973. He is married, has three married children and six grandchildren. One son is a principal of a middle school in Illinois, his daughter is a practicing psychiatrist in Chicago and his other son is a business development manager for Florida Atlantic University. His wife is a retired school teacher. Mr. Morris has over 35 years experience many areas of the law which make him uniquely qualified to advise clients in bankruptcy issues. For example, Mr. Morris has many years of experience in civil litigation, business law, finance, family law, real estate law and asset protection. Mr. Morris is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the Northwest Suburban Bar Association.
