Honorably discharged from the U.S. Army in 1995 after serving for over 15 years, Chris’ time in the Service taught him strong leadership skills which served him well in the areas of personnel training and management, and the ability to motivate and lead during extreme situations. In addition, he gained valuable expertise in sales and critical time management during his command of various Recruiting Stations in the Carolinas.

A South Carolina Licensed Real Estate Appraiser specializing in York, Lancaster and Chester counties, Kevin became affiliated with the Joshua Group in 2009. His five- plus years of experience appraising single and multi-family residences, manufactured homes, and income-producing properties coupled with previous work experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and framing have resulted in a unique and extensive knowledge of the home valuation process.

Taking a project from a raw piece of land through the rezoning and approval process can be daunting even for the most seasoned developers.
