I have been acquainted with people and services of Joy Communications for over 6 years. I have found all of the personnel to be courteous, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Joy! Communications is our phone service company. We wouldn't have it any other way.

Peter used his considerable experience gained at Nortel and SITEL to grow Joy both geographically and in variety of products and services offered. This included the purchase of Telegrowth Inc. of Tampa in October 2003, South Florida Teleservices of Miami in September 2005, Antec Inc. of West Palm Beach in November 2005, and Affiliated Telephone Company Florida of Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando in February 2006. In June 2006 Joy Communications moved into its new corporate headquarters which is a state-of-the-art facility designed to provide quality service and support to its customers.

Tom Salciccia began working with Joy Communications in March 2013, after he connected with Pete Engle through LinkedIn. With his many years of outstanding experience in IT operations, Tom's main responsibility at Joy Communications is to help optimize the internal infrastructure of the company and develop new methods for their internal operations to improve how they're delivered.

My mother has been in the real estate business for over 40 years. We were planning to down size our office and needed someone to change our phone system from a multi-line rotary systems to just a single business line with a fax-DSL line. The tech from Joy! Communications was very prompt - came even early. We told him what we needed and he immediately know what to do. He was very fast and told us what he had done and even labeled the lines where they were connected. He did the work in a much shorter time then we expected. He was very polite and we were well pleased with the work. Thank you. B.
