We originate mortgage loans and facilitate the loan process on behalf of apartment borrowers and lenders.In 1992, our firm was approved by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to become a FHA multifamily lender. As an approved HUD multifamily mortgagee, we can originate, underwrite and service multifamily loans nationwide using HUD’s MAP (Multifamily Accelerated Processing) and traditional guidelines.Borrowers consider mortgage insurance by the federal government and fixed interest rates for up to 40 years as an important financing source.
