Judi Mason, CMP Founder, Judi Mason Events Judi has more than 15 years in the hospitality and event planning industries. In 1991, Judi began her postgraduate career at the world-renowned Claremont Resort and Spa in Oakland, California, where she immediately took the reins in directing the planning and implementation of corporate events at one of the country's top urban resorts nationwide. After her work at the Claremont, Judi moved on to another five-star property, the luxurious Stanford Park Hotel in Menlo Park. Her strong customer service orientation led to a loyal customer following and increased revenues. More recently, Judi was Show Manager for MediaLive International, working on technology tradeshows such as COMDEX, NetWorld+Interop, and JavaOne. Over the five years with MediaLive, Judi has successfully managed and led COMDEX and NetWorld+Interop. She has implemented some of the most cutting-edge networking technology for 750+ exhibitors at one time. Judi is well known throughout the tradeshow business as a tough but fair negotiator, her high customer service values and a can do attitude to get the job done. Upon leaving MediaLive International and setting out on her own, Judi was immediately contacted by Bill Graham Special Events to write the bid on a multi-million dollar event.
