In the spring of 1960, a woman named Julia B. Fee began a Scarsdale real estate company with a staff of one, herself. The residential market in mid-Westchester was in the early stages of growth, attracting families from New York City and the entire country. Westchester County was becoming a preferred destination and Julia B. Fee was one of the first to recognize the phenomenon.Gradually expanding the company, Julia B. Fee developed a working philosophy of honesty, integrity and community involvement. She instilled in her associates a sense of professionalism, personal service and area expertise.In 1979, the opening of a new office in Rye marked a further expansion. By 1989, a branch was set up in Larchmont, and an additional Scarsdale location was opened to accommodate the rapidly emerging condominium and co-op market.
