Julkowski, Inc. is a family owned company that is passionate about quality design and craftsmanship and is committed to practicing sustainability. That is why in 2008 they built the first LEED Certified home in Lexington, MN, using SIP's (Structural Insulated Panels). James & Rachel believe their diverse educational background including training in the MN GreenStar program, 25+ years combined experience in the field of design and construction, and dedication to quality and customer satisfaction set them apart.

As a husband and wife team our business is built on communication, trust and integrity. We make sure important elements don’t fall through the cracks, as may happen when working with separate designers and builders.
