For a refund please call our Customer Relations Department at 866.JuneJacobs to speak to a representative prior to sending back your product(s). You will be issued a Return Authorization #. The RMA # must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. A copy of the receipt and/or invoice must be in the box. DO NOT SEND BACK PRODUCT(S) WITHOUT SPEAKING TO A CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE FIRST AND OBTAINING AN RMA #.
