When you need to bring in a designer to work directly with the client while you complete your ongoing projects, we can meet with the client and return to you with a complete package, including a permit ready set of documents and a confident client prepared to engage in construction. If needed, we can pull your permits and hand off the project ready for your start date. When you want to provide the entire package we can either meet with the client as your in-house designer, or remain behind the scenes and provide you with a set of drawings under your own border with your company's name on the plan. Dynamic, Affordable Design Our experience in the field has taught us what it takes to get a project done, primarily to get everybody on the same page and get a set of complete, and easy to read set of plans into the hands of a good contractor. We do our drawings for the person doing the work. Information is laid out not where it looks best but where the person who needs it is most likely to begin the search. Our details are based on the way you like to build. When changes arise during the project, we get them done, usually overnight, and ready to go so you can get back to work. Technology The amount of technology available today is staggering yet its practical application to construction has been largely ignored. We create a system that brings hi-tech under your roof and out to your job site. Technology not only streamlines the process, but usually leaves the client with the very clear impression that you are light years ahead of the competition. Every project is stored on a central web archive. Blueprints, tear sheets, renderings of the project, photographs, specifications, the job schedule and a map to the site can all be stored on the archive and are instantly accessible to everyone involved. We can meet with you or the client online, and tour the cad model and drawings and make changes together. Want to show the client what a change will look like? Just phone our office and turn on their computer. Need another set of plans? All you need to do is call the printer, give them the web site and tell them someone is on the way to pick them up. We can put a 3D model of the project in your hands that you can give to the client to explore to their hearts content. We know how to make you look like a rock star. Interior Design If your contract is thorough, we can provide you with drawings and specifications to the last detail. One-Time Consultation We can meet with you on site and work with you to evaluate a a potential project. Drafting and CADD modeling. Where you already have your own plan, we can create a complete set of drawings and construction documents.
