10.4. Limited License to Your Content. You grant K12 Insight a worldwide, royalty free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works, and otherwise use your Data, but only for the limited purposes of providing the Services to you and as otherwise permitted by K12 Insight’s privacy policies. For example, K12 Insight needs access to your participant responses and Data in order to develop reports. This license also extends to any trusted third parties we work with to the extent necessary to provide the Services to you.

Dr. Gerald Dawkins is responsible for sharing his experiences and expertise as a superintendent with all departments as they address client needs. He has extensive experience in K-12 policy and governance, community focus groups, parent advisory groups, school consolidations and closures, central office and school site reorganization, busing, bond issues, boundary changes, school construction and renovations, budget planning and budget reductions, and labor contract negotiations.
