K2M Design's practice focuses on four primary markets – commercial, hospitality, government, and retail architecture. We believe our primary markets breed creativity in our staff, foster our own diversification strategy, and meet the needs of a wide range of clientele.

K2M Design has been a part of Key West for over 20 years. In that time, we have won more than 20 awards recognizing our contribution to the community's built environment. This body of work comprises historic renovations, restorations, and new construction; ranging from small and simple to large and complex.

We provide design services for municipal, county, state, and federal government agencies. Our government practice is a core competency of our firm and includes administration, safety, service, parks and recreation facilities for communities to enjoy. Our partnering approach and strong management philosophy is key to the success of all of our projects.

Our company is built with the premise that strategic diversity in service offerings is key to the long term success of K2M Design.
