Description
In 1992 a small group of dedicated and civic-minded citizens sat down to discuss the possibility of creating a locally owned, locally operated and locally programmed community radio station in Grand Junction. It took 7 years before the station made its first broadcast. A gathering of the tribe: just a few of us on a sunny day in May, 2003 It is nothing short of remarkable that today, some eight years after that first broadcast, we are all the beneficiaries of that small band of dreamers.
