All photographs are purchased for personal use only and cannot be copied either in print or electronically. Any copying of photographs is a violation of copyright. For information on commercial use of photographs, please call me at 816-444-4459. This may or may not be available depending of the picture and who is shown. In most cases for this I would need to contact the person, company and or persons before this type of sale can be made. If it is a good picture it is probably worth the extra effort. More, commonly, however, you may wish to re-create the picture for specific commercial use (that is, to fit your usage concepts). These are intended as catalogs for purchasing. They contain only pictures with low resolutions - insufficient to make good prints on paper. These pictures are sized for web use and as such are intended for the use of the dancers and companies depicted on their own web sites, not anyone else's web site. Indeed the original intent of the CD's is as a easy to use catalog for the dancers and companies to purchase pictures of themselves and their buddies. I am simply unable to put all the pictures on the web except for certain events for limited periods of time. They are too many and the hosting charges are definitely real for me. When I do have these proof pictures online I will leave them up as long as I think the dancers may want pictures for themselves and friends an family (such as for the holidays). After that I have to take them down. That is where the CD's come in. They are intended as a service to the dancers to allow me to offer a look at proofs but with the ease of at-home viewing on their own computers.
