The firm is comprised of experts representing the fields of estimating, construction, facilities, design, and technology, allowing it to provide services beyond the scope of a typical general contractor.

At KCS Construction our primary goal is exceeding our client’s expectations in all aspects of the construction process. KCS Construction was founded in 2002 by Wade Kincaid of Columbia, Tennessee. Wade has an extensive background in concrete and he has used his construction experience, business instinct and know-how to build KCS into a profitable, fierce competitor within the marketplace. In 2008, KCS broadened its services to accommodate customers within the commercial market to adapt to the changing economy. We have managed to grow our company to accommodate every type of customer. KCS is fully capable of providing you the services you need to successfully manage your project or portfolio.
