Description

Our facility consists of a 3.5 acre site with 7,500 square feet of floor space currently, with the capacity to over double in size as needed. With our 21 foot clear height 10 ton full length overhead lifting capacity we can disassemble and work on large equipment. Our staff of employees have over 100 years of combined experience including four certified journeyman machinists, and members of the National Tooling and Machining Association. We have working backgrounds in all types of service, manufacturing, machining, cnc, grinding, engineering, and design.

One of our customers was looking to add a manual lathe to there facility, after some discussion with us of brand new versus rebuilt the decision was made to look into a older machine. We went and looked at a very heavy built 1950's model Monarch Tracer Lathe shown above and suggested that they purchase this machine. As you can see they ended up with a very nice rebuilt machine suited for there particular needs with older style heavy castings. The machine was purchased and shipped to our location, if you look closely it is not just a coat of paint.
