Founded in 1995 with the primary goal of providing high-quality and responsive consulting assistance, KFH Group built upon the extensive experience of the firm’s three Principals. Ms. Stober’s experience as an ATPF scholarship recipient led to her to become involved in furthering the program. In 2012 she became the first scholarship recipient to serve on the APTF Board of Directors. She is currently chair of a subcommittee working to develop a new scholarship for students dedicated to improving public transportation service accessibility. “The APTF Scholarship Award was invaluable to my pursuit of higher studies in public transportation planning,” said Ms.
Dan Dalton is a transportation planner with over 15 years of experience at the local, state, and national levels in the operations and administration of public transit and human service transportation. Mr. Dalton also has an additional 11 years in the transportation industry. His background includes statewide and local coordination efforts, mobility management activities, training and technical assistance, service planning, operations management, and program development and evaluation.
Fred Fravel is a transportation planner with almost 30 years of experience in transit planning and policy development. His background includes intercity bus planning and research, coordination and consensus building, state-level transit planning and program development, human service transportation coordination, and local public transportation operational and facility planning in both rural and urban areas.
Beth Hamby is a transit planner with more than 25 years of experience in local, state, and federal government projects, as well as transit operations and management. Her background includes urban and rural transit, paratransit, and coordinated human service transportation planning, performance evaluation, development of guidebooks and manuals, facilities planning and assessment, technical assistance on compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Web content management, communications, customer service, and graphic design.
