Description

Before moving to Little Rock in March of 2006, Katy spent four and a half years in our nation's capitol. In 2002, she first worked for Advantage, Inc., the political marketing firm of the late Margaret Alexander Parker. There she served as an Account Executive and worked for clients such as the Republican National Committee, U.S. Senate candidates, and nonprofit organizations providing fundraising and event services. In 2004, Katy took a position at Orr Associates, Inc., a consulting firm servicing nonprofit organizations. As an Associate Director, she was responsible for the coordination of dozens of fundraising events each year as well as strategic planning and overall not-for-profit management for a variety of high profile clientele such as Operation Smile, D.C. Central Kitchen, Prison Fellowship, Deafness Research Foundation, Volunteers of America, Young Life and many more.
