Market surveys, sales forecasts, contract negotiations, and new product requirements are a few of the additional functions we feel obligated to provide our principals. In turn, insistence on the highest standards of performance from our principals has been the most effective way to create lasting customer satisfaction. While the internet has provided our customers the ability to obtain product information, it cannot provide timely service.
