Due to our many contacts in the banking industry, we have facilitated debt and equity financing, organized buy sell-agreements, and have effectively executed lucrative succession planning. We are also adept at assisting our clients with retirement and estate planning, accounting program consulting, and in resolving difficult payroll problems on behalf of our clients. Our Commitment to Quality KML & Associates, LLC is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). One of the requirements of membership is a rigorous review every three years of our firm’s Quality Control Policy, conducted by specially trained CPAs from other firms. This evaluation entails a thorough review of our work to ensure that our firm adheres to the highest level of professional standards.
