Regina Durbin PT, has over 25 years of experience as a physical therapist. She has a strong manual therapy background, with interests in orthopedics, at all levels, but especially in shoulder, spine and feet. She has over 20 years experience with orthotic fabrication. She has been the primary physical therapist with the Louisville Ballet Company since 2005. She has extensive experience in job analysis and industrial medicine for the injured worker.

Kathy Russ has been playing tennis for over 30 years. When she injured her elbow, the pain travelled up and down the arm. She had trouble opening cans, picking up things, and definitely could not swing a racket.

Bill Cubbage , ATC. Bill is nationally certified with the NATA Board of Certification and state certified with the Kentucky State Board of Medical Licensure. He was selected by the Southeast Athletic Trainers' Association (SEATA) as the 2010 High School Athletic Trainer Of The Year. Bill obtained his degree in Physical Education from the University of Louisville in 1983. He has worked at the Professional, College and High School levels for over 25 years. Bill is the past vice president of the Kentucky Athletic Trainers Society (KATS) and winner of the KATS Award of Merit in 2004.

Patient balance is due within 10 days after you've received your statement and/or no later than the 25th of the month. Your balance will reflect the portion of your bill that the patient is financially responsible for paying. When your insurance company has processed the claim for your treatment, we are notified through an explanation of benefits (EOB) about the portion of the claim that will be either paid by insurance or will not be paid for by insurance because it is part of your deductible or part of your co-insurance responsibility.
