Mr. Bowen has overseen more than 75 forensic investigations totaling over 6,000 residential units. He has also managed the investigations of commercial, hospitality, religious, and civic projects. He has particular expertise in the building envelope and fire-resistive construction. He has successfully given trial testimony as an architectural expert witness before a jury.

Mr. Bergman possesses extensive architectural experience providing the full range of professional services on a wide range of building types. His skills include planning, feasibility studies, design, construction drawings, specifications, plan check and building permit processing, bid analysis, construction contract administration, and ADA compliance surveys. His project portfolio includes custom residential, governmental, medical, commercial, retail, educational, and mixed-use buildings.

At KPAA, Mr. Jenkins has been the architect of record on several residential remodel and addition projects. WIth regard to new construction, he was architect of record for a multi-family project consisting of two ocean-front duplexes in Mission Beach. He has extensive experience in residential design and construction and has served as project architect on over 40 residential projects.

Mr. Tov possesses extensive architectural experience in a wide variety of project types. He has specialized technical expertise in the areas of building codes and standards, fire-resistive construction, disabled access, and materials specifications.
