If the item is defective in the first 30 days, you have the option of a replacement sent to you or a full refund. After 30 days, our 1 YEAR WARRANTY (see above) takes over for the next 11 months. Any forced returns of a credit card entry will incur a 15% restocking charge, regardless of the shipping status. Once shipped, shipping fees are not refundable. No exceptions!
