1974 Founded by Thomas Klusken with three employees as a tool and die shop, servicing major OEM’s. Veteran owned, privately held. 2010 Vertically integrated contract manufacturer servicing a wide range of customers and markets, ISO 9001 2008 certified. 100 employees 114,000 square feet manufacturing, non Union shop, three shift capable. Positioned for continued growth and expansion, financially sound.
K&S Stamping capabilities cover a wide range from small to large light to heavy gauge and everything in between. Our ability to provide complete turn key solutions sets us apart from others. We can develop a part from concept and complete all necessary work on premise from tool design, simulation and prove out through PPAP and production. We have in die value added capabilities like taping and inserting and sensing. Capable through 800 tons bed capacity of 80”x126” strip, blank feed, Progressive and Transfer Die Stamping.
As an engineered product company we understand the need to bring value and support our customers in this area. Customer design manufacturability review process and reverse engineering are areas we use our wide range of market experience to benefit all customers large and small. In addition to complete in-house tool and die design engineering our staff includes both mechanical and industrial engineers. Active continuous improvement in the material, design and process areas of our business. We have our own In-house die sensor lab to ensure the most demanding PPM requirements are met.
