Apartment owners and Condominium Associations and Commercial Pool Facilities have special needs for pool services. Los Angeles County Health Department has Licensed KC Pool Inc since 1982. We provide maintenance services that include weekly or bi-weekly visits, analysis of your existing facilities to determine future costs and timing of expenses. Repairs of you commercial sized equipment, pumps up to 30 hp. Installation of chemical automation may be needed to manage your unique facility. We are up to date on the Virginia Graeme Baker Act (VGB) required upgrades.

Our pool technicians will also be more than happy to offer information and advice on how to best keep your swimming pool clean and safe in between maintenance visits.
