The negotiated sale agreement states that the machine is sold as described and is known to be in working order with no major faults. The machine is sold with a startup guarantee on major components only, not to exceed $5,000.00 in total repair; costs including parts and labor. Upon arrival of the machine, before installation, there were repairs and services that had to be made before it could be used to its full potential. When you were made aware of the expenses your company stood behind the sale agreement by reimbursing us with the negotiated amount.
